Users & Permissions

Different persons in your organization have different access levels and can therefore manage different features. 

Bizzcoo User Levels & Permissions


There are four main user permissions levels in the Bizzcoo platform. 

  • Company Owner corresponds to a System Administrator Role and has full access to everything in the system. (Selectable in Professional or Enterprise Plan).
  • Company manager can manage all CVs, manage planner events, manage customers, manage employees and manage some company settings. (Selectable in Essential Plan)
  • Team Manager works with the different modules and can edit and read all CVs, manage planner activities, manage customers, skills and employees. (Selectable in all Plans)
  • Standard User corresponds to consultants that can access and edit their own profiles. Standard users can as well search for competencies within the Company. Can only view and edit some of their own activities in the Planner tool. (Selectable in all Plans)

Customize your user levels

If you have our Professional or Enterprise Plan you have the possibility choose dynamic user permissions. Each company can add more user levels with different sets of permissions. Enterprise Plan allows aswell for company customization of the examples below.

Bizz Profile DYNAMIC user examples:
  • Guests/subcontractor users can only access and edit their own CVs.
  • Trial users can only view CVs. Cannot download or access the folder managment.
  • CV Editor can edit and read all CVs in the company.
Bizz Profile + Planner DYNAMIC user examples:
  • Standard user* can edit their own CV and view colleagues' CVs. Based on settings made by your company, they can view and edit some of their own Planner activities and view some activities of their colleagues.
  • Individual can edit their own CV and view colleagues' CVs. Based on settings made by your company, they can view and edit some of their own Planner activities and view some activities of their colleagues.
  • Senior Individual can edit their own CV and view colleagues' CVs. Based on settings made by your company, they can view and edit their own Planner activities and view and edit activities of their colleagues.
  • Senior role can edit their own CV and view colleagues' CVs, view and edit all planner activities.
  • Unit lead can view all CVs, manage planner activities, and manage customers, skills and employees.
  • Staffing coordinator can edit and read all CVs, manage planner activities, manage customers, skills and employees.
  • Unit Lead* can access and see all information but only edit data within their main unit.
